All fees are in US dollars (USD). Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI GROUP.

If the reference is not included on the transfer and no proof of payment received the registration will remain unpaid. In addition, if the details are not included by the payment deadlines for early bird rate, the price will be increased and additional fees may apply.


Cancellation & Refund Policy (click for more information)

CHANGES / MODIFICATION / NAME SUBSTITUTION
  • Notification by 5:00 p.m. PT on July 13th, 2017 - A refund will be granted less a $40 USD cancellation fee and a $60 USD administration fee per registration.
  • Notifications received after 5:00 p.m. PT on July 13th, 2017, are 100% non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than October 15th, 2017

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email: registration@ipcc2017.com

RE-VERIFICATION OR REPROCESSING OF A CREDIT CARD

  • Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a $60 USD administrative fee.

CHANGES / MODIFICATION / NAME SUBSTITUTION

  • Any change requiring assistance from the Conference Secretariat is subject to a $60 USD administrative fee.
  • An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Conference. Changes can be made online by logging in to your account. Substitutions are subject to a $60 USD administrative fee if the change requires the assistance of the Conference Secretariat. Neither IPCC 2017 nor MCI Canada will transfer any fee or payment balance.
